• • Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity
  • 1 signed visa application Form
  • Passport-type photographs: 1 passport sized photo (taken in the last six months)
  • State department letter- We provide
  • Visa validity is exact dates only

– PCS visa valid for 6 months
– PPT must be signed
– Must include name of person replacing for PCS
– Need city, state & country of birth on visa app
– Photos must be glued or paper clipped, no staples
-Submit copy of PPT data page
