Tourist Visa Requirements

• Original, signed United States passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay and contain at least two blank visa page
• 2 Fully completed and signed visa application
• Passport-type photographs: 2
• Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from travel agent
• Copy of Yellow fever vaccination certificate

Business Visa Requirements

• Original, signed United States passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay and contain at least two blank visa page
• 2 Fully completed and signed visa application
• Passport-type photographs: 2
• Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from travel agent
• Copy of Yellow fever vaccination certificate
• A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
  Embassy of Burkina Faso, Visa Section, Washington DC

$140.00 Per Visa – 5 years Multiple Entries (US citizens only)

The following fees apply for other citizens:
$105 for 3 months, one entry
$135 for 3 months, multiple entries
$145 for 6 months, one entry
$175 for 6 months, multiple entries
$190 for one year, one entry
$220 for one year, multiple entries
Requests are processed within 72 working hours. The processing time may be reduced to 24 hours provided the Applicant’s country pays the rush fee of $140 per visa.
