• Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay in Colombia, and contain at least one blank visa page

• Photo with white Background
• Copy of Passport.
• Copy of the airline reservation 
• Copy of the hotel reservation
• Copy of your Green Card or valid US visa
• Letter of the applicant explaining the purpose of the trip, length of stay, places that you are visiting and also explaining who is going yo pay for all of his expenses.
• State Department Letter (we provide)
