Tourist Visa Requirements

• Original, signed United States passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay and contain at least two blank visa page
• 2 Fully completed and signed visa application
• Passport-type photographs: 2
• Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from travel agent
• Copy of yellow fever vaccination certificate
• Hotel reservation or invitation letter

 Business Visa Requirements

• Original, signed United States passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay and contain at least two blank visa page
• 2 Fully completed and signed visa application
• Passport-type photographs: 2
• Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from travel agent
• Copy of yellow fever vaccination certificate
• Business letter
  (A typewritten and notarized business letter ( the business letter should be notarized at the City Council or at the Prefecture/Mairie) on company letterhead stating the nature of business to be performed, the name and address of a reference to be contacted in the Republic of Congo. The invitation letter must be addressed to the Embassy of the Republic of Congo, Visa section. No business visa will be granted without an official business letter and please be aware that the business invitation letter should be at least 3 months valid).
