Visa Requirements

**Per Consular Desk Officer on 07/01/2021 – Make sure the applicant has MFA approval prior to submission**

•  Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay in Ethiopia, and contain at least one blank visa page
• 1 Fully completed and signed Application form
• Passport-type photographs: 1 passport sized (taken in the last 6 mos.)
• State Department letter – we provide
• Visa valid two (2) year M/E
• Copy Birth Certificate for minor (if different last name)
• Copy Marriage Certificate (if different last name)

Minimum Processing Time –  4 to 6 Weeks or more
