Visa Requirements

• Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay in Italy, and contain at least one blank visa page
• 1 Fully completed and signed application form
• Passport-type photographs: 1
• Title and purpose required
• No visa up to 90 days
• Must include name (first name and last), date and place of birth of person replacing for PCS
• Diplomatic note
• Visa required for residence in Rome when assigned to Vatican City, Holy See
