Visa Requirements

• Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay in Kuwait, and contain at least one blank visa page
• 2 Fully completed and signed Application form
• Passport-type photographs: 2
• Visa valid minimum one (1) year
• TDY visas issued at airport (last option, worst comes to worst)
• Assignment visa must be obtained prior to departure from U.S.
• Must include name of person replacing for PCS
