Visa Requirements

• Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay in South Korea, and contain at least one blank visa page
• Fully signed and completed Application form
• Passport-type photographs: 1 (Glue or Tape) no staples
• Visa valid five (5) years M/E
• Include address and zip code on form
• 1 copy of state letter 
• 1 copy of Bio-Page
• All Diplomatic and Official passport holders must obtain a visa in advance of travel
