Visa Requirements

• Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay in Turkmenistan, and contain at least two blank visa page
• 1 Fully completed and signed Application form
• Passport-type photographs: 1
• Passport must be signed
• Do not bend or fold visa application
• Diplomatic note required from MFA prior to submission
• Visa valid from the date of entry
• As of 14 Oct 04, a fee of $31 is required for all Official passports submitted
• Copy of info page must be submitted
