Visa Requirements

• Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay in Ukraine, and contain at least two blank visa page
• Fully completed ONLINE and signed Application form

Visa form must be filled out and submitted on-line , print  and submit with photos for delivery to Embassy for visa issuance.

• Passport-type photographs: 1
• Passport must be signed
• State Letter (we Provide)
  • Request Multiple- entries (M/E) on PCS letter
• No visa required up to 90 days

Note: Post assignment visa will be issued per date of entry on application and valid only for 45 days.

Minimum Processing Time –   10-15 Business Days – Approval must be granted by MFA before issuance
