Visa Requirements

***The Embassy of Zambia is closed for submission every Thursday and Friday/

PICKS UP ARE ONLY ON FRIDAYS.***

• • Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay in Zambia, and contain at least two blank visa page
  • 2 Fully completed and signed Application form
  • Passport-type photographs: 2 Pictures must be signed on the back, and stapled on the application
  • 2 State department letter – we provide
  • Passport must be signed
  • Visa valid 3 years M/E
  • Request M/E on letter
  • 2 Copies of bio page
  • 2 Copies of Travel Itinerary
