Visa Requirements

• Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay in Zimbabwe, and contain at least two blank visa page
• 2 Fully completed and signed application form
• Passport-type photographs: 2
• Title and purpose required for all post assignments 
• Visa valid six (6) months S/E
• Passport must be valid 6 months after departure
• Submit two (2) cover letters (DOS)
• Copy of Bio page (2)
• All documents submitted to the Embassy must have 2 copies of everything.
