Visa Requirements

• • Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity
  • 1 visa application Form (Typed, printed, and signed with original wet signature.)
  • Passport-type photographs: 2 passport sized photo (taken in the last six months)
  • Title and Purpose Required

• Letter of Invitation

• For Spouse – provide a copy of Marriage Certificate

• For Minors – provide copy Birth certificates and a Travel consent form signed by both parents /legal guardians.

• Copy of PASSPORT BIO PAGE AND VISA PAGE OF THE SPONSOR- (for dependent)

Visa valid until the passport expires.
