Visa Requirements – (2 copies of everything)

• Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay in Egypt and contain at least one blank visa page
• 2 Application/ Letter form submitted with less than 10 business days processing will be rejected, no exceptions
• Colored copy of the 2nd application should have picture
  • For minor dependents below the age of 18, sponsor must sign application not the dependent.
• Passport-type photographs: 2- 1 Glued only on the Application AND 1 CLIP at the back of the Passport)
• Make another copy of the application form with photo on it.
  • NO Holes on the image  
• Visa valid 180 days S/E
• Visas MUST be obtained in advance
• 2 COLORED COPIES OF PASSPORT BIO-PAGE
• 2 State Department letter – We provide
• Completed Traveler Information sheet – provide in detail the purpose of trip, name; tel. no. and address of contact in Egypt
  • Must include name and title of person replacing for PCS

Minimum Processing Time –   10 Business Days minimum / Clearance required
