Visa Requirements

• A VISA IS REQUIRED FOR A STAY OF LESS THAN 30 DAYS
• Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay in Indonesia, and contain at least two blank visa page
• Fully completed Application form ONLINE, Print, and signed with original wet signature
• Visa form must be filled out and submitted on-line, print copy and submit with other requirements for submission to the Embassy

• Passport-type photographs: 2 PAPERCLIPPED ON TO APPLICATION NO HOLES
• Must include Name of Person replacing for PCS or if New post
• Diplomatic Note – (must state: “The applicant shall fully comply with Indonesian health and safety protocol”)
• State Letter – we provided
• Completed Traveler Information sheet – for Post Assignment only
• Official passport needs clearance (2-3 weeks) NO EXPEDITE
• Diplomatic passport (minimum 7-10 business days)
• Visa valid 3 months 30 days duration of stay from the date of issuance
• Copy of Birth Certificate (for dependent and minors)
• Copy of Marriage Certificate (for Spouse)
• Hotel Booking Reference where the traveler(s) will be staying. (As of March 24, hotel quarantine is no longer required for fully vaccinated travelers.)
• Flight Itinerary
• Health Certificate
• Also for Flights-travelers must provide a Covid Test Negative within 72hrs otherwise their Airline will not allow them to fly. (Will not be allowed to enter Indonesia.)
