Visa Requirements

• Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay in Laos, and contain at least one blank visa page
•  
• 1 Fully completed and signed Application forms

• Passport-type photographs: 2

• Title and purpose required

• Must include name of person replacing for PCS

• Must explain consultations

• Additional Documents for Dependents:

• Copy of sponsors passport bio page

• Copy of sponsors visa/residency card

• Copy of birth and/or marriage certificate 

Minimum Processing Time –   10 Business Days, (Can take several weeks depending on clearance from MFA.)
