Visa Requirements

• Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay in Myanmar, and contain at least two blank visa page
• Fully completed and signed Application forms 
• Passport-type photographs: 2
• Title and purpose required
• Must include the name and title of person replacing for PCS
• Name and title must be consistent with incumbent
• Passport Bio page**
• Diplomatic Note & Telex No. required (Telex No. is the MFA approval number)
• Visas are issued for 3 months 90 days of stay, traveler can renew their visa once in country at immigrations
