Visa Requirements

• • Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay in Paraguay, and contain at least one blank visa page
  • Fully completed and signed Application forms
  • Passport-type photographs: 1 color
  • Visa valid 90 days M/E
  • Submit 1 copies of letter
  • Submit 1 copy of passport bio page and all amendment pages
  • Detailed explanation of purpose of travel
  • May need Brazil visa for transit
  • Dependents – requires approval from both parents or proof of custody
  • Make sure the signature on the application matches the signature on the passport
  • Health Insurance letter (A provide that can cover for the COVID expenses)
