Tourist Visa Requirements

• Original, signed United States passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay in Russia, and contain at least one blank visa page
• Fully completed and signed Visa Application form
• The Application Form must be completed in CAPITALS
• Passport-type photographs: 1 Please do not attach photo to the application
• Tourist Voucher. Copy of tourist voucher issued by Tourist Company or hotel in Russia approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Former citizens of Russia MUST submit a Certificate of Renunciation of Citizenship from the Russian Embassy.

Former citizens of Soviet Republics MUST submit a copy of their old passport, even if they are no longer valid.

Russian tourist visa applications are accepted only within 90 days of the proposed entry date to Russia.

 Business Visa Requirements

• Letter of Invitation. Copy of a business letter of invitation approved by the Russian Ministry of Interior or the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. OR Telex number with the name of the inviting organization.
• Former citizens of Russia MUST submit a Certificate of Renunciation of Citizenship from the Russian Embassy.
• Former citizens of Soviet Republics MUST submit a copy of their old passport, even if they are no longer valid.
