Visa Requirements

• Original, signed United States Diplomatic or Official passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity, after completion of stay in Yemen, and contain at least two blank visa page
• 2 Fully completed and signed application forms – (MUST BE TYPED)
• Passport-type photographs: 2
• Passport must be signed
• Visa valid 30 days
• No airport visas issued effective Feb 5, 2010
• BLACK/BLUE PEN ONLY
• Travel Itinerary needed
• Two (2) state department letters  *must include Point of contact Name and phone number in Yemen. 

Minimum Processing Time – 3 Weeks Regular Processing; 2 Weeks Expedite
